Barking About Action exists for one reason: to give people like you the accountability, structure, and support to actually achieve what you set out to do.
Whether it's mastering your habits, sticking to a morning routine, getting overdue projects across the line, losing weight, or simply becoming more productive — we have you covered.
Our founder, Jamie, started the business because his own mentees needed more accountability — especially in their personal lives. That seed grew into a global team of specialist coaches, each bringing their own expertise, culture, and coaching style to the table.
Today, we coach clients across the USA, UK, Europe, Africa, Australia, and some truly exotic corners of the world.
